Skyrail Rainforest Cableway:
Park your car at Skyrail and meet our Hostess, who
will provide you with tickets for your Skyrail and
Kuranda Scenic Rail journeys. (RSD1: Up Kuranda
Rail, down Skyrail. RSD2: Up Skyrail, Down Kuranda
Rail).
Then take the time to appreciate this unique
rainforest experience. Panoramic views of the Coral
Sea open before you as you glide over the rainforest.
Allow approx. 1 ½ hours.
Kuranda Village: The
amount of free time you would like to spend in Kuranda
is up to you. Choose an option below, a free village
map is provided on day of travel.
Kuranda Scenic Railway:
Board this famous train at the historical Kuranda
Railway Station 15 minutes prior to your schedule
departs. Stop at the Barron Falls Station and then
slowly wind your way down the mountain passing through
15 hand hewn tunnels and the much photographed trestle
bridge at Stoney Creek Falls. Disembark at Freshwater
Station, where our coach will meet you and transfer
you back to Skyrail to collect your car (if required)
